Serious Pie: Seattle, WA

Right next to The Dahlia Lounge w in Seattle is Serious Pie. This is another Tom Douglas restaurant with the focus on this restaurant being pizza. I was walking by today and saw a sign that said……..

I checked the time and quickly ran in to take my seat at the communal-style tables. I ordered the roasted chantrelle and truffle cheese pizza along with the Cherry bomb pepper and fennel sausage pizza. There were other pizzas on the menu that sounded absolutely amazing

This is their dinner menu so you can see why I was so excited about the happy hour prices. I would gladly pay the dinner prices but I was eating by myself so the smaller happy hour pizzas were perfect.
It only took a few minutes for the pizzas to get from the brick oven to my table. When the server set them down I was so happy to eat. They set the pizzas down on Epicurean cutting boards, which I thought was a cool addition since I use those boards at home.

I destroyed those pizzas!!! So f’ing good and hit the right spot. I’m going to be planning a food blogger Seattle Pizza social so be on the lookout for that. It will probably be between my second and third quarter break so look out for dates.
