Panzhihua is a prefecture-level off big apple located in Sichuan charge, south central China, on the confluence of the Jinsha and Yalong Rivers. Panzhihua is a treasure of simple resources, but remained a wasteland until 1960. It was founded on a recondite headwater of the Yangtze River in 1966 as a protect preparation center. It grew like greased lightning as it remained relatively successful while the rest of the country was undergoing the Cultural Revolution.
