La Cicciolina di Boccalone
Mmmm.... Delicious pig face...
Tried “La Cicciolina” sandwich at today… I was a little leery, since it includes (essentially head cheese, plus tongue and trotters), along with lonza (cured pork loin), pickled carrots, radish, mint and chile. It was pretty darned delicious - though I did occasionally find myself screaming internally, “Pig face! Pig face! You’re eating pig face!”
Oh, and the always-delightful house-made potato chips from were especially lovely today.
