Tahoe Donner – Junior Tennis Camp 12-4 p.m (through July 3). New to Tahoe Donner this summer are the Junior Tennis Camps. An ideal way to immerse rising tennis stars in a 4 hours per day, 5 day camp. This camp will have 5-12 year oldsparticipate in a wide range of tennis activities to help hone their skills to perfection with the Little Tennis program. The camp will run Monday-Friday starting June 15 and ending August 14. Sign up for the week or drop in for the day. Space is limited so sign up early. Tahoe Donner – Horsemanship Camps at the Equestrian Center (through July 3). One week long program that teaches the fundamentals of riding skills, safety and horsemanship to children ages 8-16. Camps offer half-day programs spanning Monday – Friday. Starting Monday June 15, camps are offered every week through August 24. Tahoe Donner – Historical Kayak Tour at the Beach Club Marina. 8:00 a.m. Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for a guided tour of the east end of Donner Lake. Your guide will present information on the history of the lake and interesting facts about the surrounding area and its inhabitants. After about an hour on the water, the tour will return to the Beach Club Marina where breakfast will be served on the deck. Tours will begin at 8:00 a.m.  starting Tuesday June 23 and the last tour will be held on Wednesday , August 19. Tahoe Donner – Basketball Camp – Trout Creek Recreation Center (through July 3 ). Join coach Kevin Davis, former starter for the Washington Generals professional team, and former team doctor for the San Jose Skyrockets. Camps will focus on offensive skills with individual and group instruction, drills, game, competition, and shooting contests, all in a positive environment. A minimum enrollment of 6 participants is required for camps to take place; maximum enrollment is 12 people. Session 2: Wednesday -Friday July 1 – July 3 - Coed session. Tahoe Donner – Swim Camp – Trout Creek Recreation Center 9-10:30 a.m (through July 3). Swim Camp is fun in the sun. Come to camp and improve your endurance and swim skills through a variety of games and drills. Participants must be 7 years or older and completed equivalent of Level 4 or higher. Tahoe Donner – Bocce Ball League – Northwoods Clubhouse. This summer Tahoe Donner will have two Bocce Ball leagues for the serious and maybe not so serious bocceball players. Three matches will be played per night using all three courts. One match consists of three games. Each league will be comprised of 6 teams with 8-12 players per team. Truckee – Downtown Truckee Thursdays (through August 20). The streets of Truckee come alive every Thursday evening throughout the summer  June 18 – August 20,  from 4-9 p.m. Every Thursday, Downtown Truckee will be the epicenter of music, art, children’s entertainment, outdoor activities, shopping, and restaurant sampling. New this year is the addition of the Foothill Farmer’s Market – California certified farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, nuts, honey, eggs, nursery stock. The focus of  Truckee Thursdays is to bring the community together to interact, shop, socialize, and ease into an early weekend. There will be plenty of  kid friendly activities each week. Northstar at Tahoe – Free Guided Hikes (with hiking lift ticket). 1:30 p.m. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to learn more about Northstar Resort’s flora and fauna, sixteen scenic hiking trails, and one-hundred plus miles of mountain biking trails. Northstar is offering free guided hikes (with lift ticket) throughout the summer with a Northstarmountain expert. Perfect for a weekend retreat with the family or flying solo, these guided hikes meet at 1:30 p.m. at the top of Zepher by the information sign. Don’t forget to pick up your hiking  lift ticket at the Season Pass office or Plaza Bikes located in the Village at Northstar. The guided tour will follow the Sunset Loop Trail, a fairly easy 0.76 mile hike. Water, sunscreen and appropriate footwear is highly recommended. Leashed four-legged friends are welcome. For those who want to get familiar with the Northstar Resort Mountain Bike Park, complimentary guided mountain bike tours will be offered daily when the bike park is in operation. Tours are suited to beginner and intermediate level riders. All participants are required to have a mountain bike lift ticket or season pass, helmet, and a mountain bike. Tickets can be purchased at the Tickets & Season Pass Office located in the Village at Northstar.

Northstar at Tahoe – Cross-Country Race. Every Thursday evening at Northstar Resort, try your luck in this fun, recreational mountain bike race for all ages and abilities. Courses are suitable for beginners through experts. Awards will be given out at the conclusion of the series based on cumulative points. A generous raffle is held each week. Helmets are required. Register in person prior to the race 5-5:45 p.m. Or, pre-register in advance by calling 1-800-GO-NORTH. The race fee is $15 per: racer or $70 for the seven race series. The race begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp. USA Cycling license is not required. Helmets are required. All racers must complete the Mountain Bike Release of Liability prior to racing.

Spend your afternoon participating in events geared for the whole family. Compete in the Round Robin, King of the Court, Tie-breaker Shoot-out and other events. Children will be led throughout the Village to show off their creations!

Northstar at Tahoe – Free Guided Hikes (with hiking lift ticket). 1:30 p.m. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to learn more about Northstar Resort’s flora and fauna, sixteen scenic hiking trails, and one-hundred plus miles of mountain biking trails. Northstar is offering free guided hikes (with lift ticket) throughout the summer with a Northstar mountain expert. Perfect for a weekend retreat with the family or flying solo, these guided hikes meet at 1:30 p.m. at the top of Zepher by the information sign. Don’t forget to pick up your hiking  lift ticket at the Season Pass office or Plaza Bikes located in the Village at Northstar. Northstar at Tahoe – Free Guided Bike Tour. 11:00 a.m. (at the top of the Gondola). For those who want to get familiar with the Northstar Resort Mountain Bike Park, complimentary guided mountain bike tours will be offered daily when the bike park is in operation. Tours are suited to beginner and intermediate level riders. All participants are required to have a mountain bike lift ticket or season pass, helmet, and a mountain bike. An ideal way to immerse rising tennis stars in a 4 hours per day, 5 day camp. This camp will have 5-12 year olds participate in a wide range of tennis activities to help hone their skills to perfection with the Little Tennis program. Northstar at Tahoe – Cross-Country Race. Every Thursday evening at Northstar Resort, try your luck in this fun, recreational mountain bike race for all ages and abilities. Courses are suitable for beginners through experts. Awards will be given out at the conclusion of the series based on cumulative points. A generous raffle is held each week. Helmets are required. Register in person prior to the race 5-5:45 p.m. Or, pre-register in advance by calling 1-800-GO-NORTH. The race fee is $15 per: racer or $70 for the seven race series. The race begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp. USA Cycling license is not required. Helmets are required. All racers must complete the Mountain Bike Release of Liability prior to racing.

The competetive format bring a fun twist on the conventional game as lets are played, no-ad scoring, and every point counts as you try to help your team to victory. Tahoe Donner – Tahoe Donner Outdoor Adventure Club at the Trout Creek Recreation Center. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Do you have what it takes to hike some of the highest peaks around the NorthShore! Join us for day hikes throughout the summer, culminating with two overnight hikes. Learn about the flora and fauna of the Central Sierra and proper hiking etiquette. This program is geared towards teenagers and adults who seek the adventure that hiking the NorthShore has to offer. Potential hikes may include Gold Lake Loop, Castle Peak, 7 Lakes Basin, MartisLake Loop and more, with lake swimming available on almost every hike. Register for each hike and/or overnight individually. Meet at Trout Creek Recreation Center. A mandatory informational meeting will be held prior to overnight hikes. Northstar at Tahoe – Free Guided Hikes (with hiking lift ticket). 1:30 p.m. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to learn more about Northstar Resort’s flora and fauna, sixteen scenic hiking trails, and one-hundred plus miles of mountain biking trails. Northstar is offering free guided hikes (with lift ticket) throughout the summer with a Northstarmountain expert. Perfect for a weekend retreat with the family or flying solo, these guided hikes meet at 1:30 p.m. at the top of Zepher by the information sign. Don’t forget to pick up your hiking  lift ticket at the Season Pass office or Plaza Bikes located in the Village at Northstar. The guided tour will follow the Sunset Loop Trail, a fairly easy 0.76 mile hike. Water, sunscreen and appropriate footwear is highly recommended. Leashed four-legged friends are welcome. Tahoe Donner – Junior Tennis Camp 12-4 p.m (through July 17). New to Tahoe Donner this summer are the Junior Tennis Camps. An ideal way to immerse rising tennis stars in a 4 hours per day, 5 day camp. This camp will have 5-12 year oldsparticipate in a wide range of tennis activities to help hone their skills to perfection with the Little Tennis program. The camp will run Monday-Friday starting June 15 and ending August 14. Sign up for the week or drop in for the day. Space is limited so sign up early. Tahoe Donner – Historical Kayak Tour at the Beach Club Marina. 8:00 a.m. Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for a guided tour of the east end of Donner Lake. Your guide will present information on the history of the lake and interesting facts about the surrounding area and its inhabitants. After about an hour on the water, the tour will return to the Beach Club Marina where breakfast will be served on the deck. Tahoe Donner – Historical Kayak Tour at the Beach Club Marina. 8:00 a.m. Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for a guided tour of the east end of Donner Lake. Your guide will present information on the history of the lake and interesting facts about the surrounding area and its inhabitants. Northstar at Tahoe – Cross-Country Race. Every Thursday evening at Northstar Resort, try your luck in this fun, recreational mountain bike race for all ages and abilities. Courses are suitable for beginners through experts. Awards will be given out at the conclusion of the series based on cumulative points. A generous raffle is held each week. Helmets are required. Register in person prior to the race 5-5:45 p.m. Or, pre-register in advance by calling 1-800-GO-NORTH. The race fee is $15 per: racer or $70 for the seven race series. The race begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp. USA Cycling license is not required. Helmets are required. All racers must complete the Mountain Bike Release of Liability prior to racing.

An ideal way to immerse rising tennis stars in a 4 hours per day, 5 day camp. This camp will have 5-12 year oldsparticipate in a wide range of tennis activities to help hone their skills to perfection with the Little Tennis program. Northstar at Tahoe – Cross-Country Race. Every Thursday evening at Northstar Resort, try your luck in this fun, recreational mountain bike race for all ages and abilities. Courses are suitable for beginners through experts. Awards will be given out at the conclusion of the series based on cumulative points. A generous raffle is held each week. Helmets are required. Register in person prior to the race 5-5:45 p.m. Or, pre-register in advance by calling 1-800-GO-NORTH. The race fee is $15 per: racer or $70 for the seven race series. The race begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp. USA Cycling license is not required. Helmets are required. All racers must complete the Mountain Bike Release of Liability prior to racing.

An ideal way to immerse rising tennis stars in a 4 hours per day, 5 day camp. Northstar at Tahoe – Cross-Country Race. Every Thursday evening at Northstar Resort, try your luck in this fun, recreational mountain bike race for all ages and abilities. Courses are suitable for beginners through experts. Awards will be given out at the conclusion of the series based on cumulative points. A generous raffle is held each week. Helmets are required. Register in person prior to the race 5-5:45 p.m. Or, pre-register in advance by calling 1-800-GO-NORTH. The race fee is $15 per: racer or $70 for the seven race series. The race begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp. USA Cycling license is not required. Helmets are required. All racers must complete the Mountain Bike Release of Liability prior to racing.

Join us for day hikes throughout the summer, culminating with two overnight hikes. Learn about the flora and fauna of the Central Sierra and proper hiking etiquette. This program is geared towards teenagers and adults who seek the adventure that hiking the NorthShore has to offer. Potential hikes may include Gold Lake Loop, Castle Peak, 7 Lakes Basin, MartisLake Loop and more, with lake swimming available on almost every hike. For those who want to get familiar with the Northstar Resort Mountain Bike Park, complimentary guided mountain bike tours will be offered daily when the bike park is in operation. Tours are suited to beginner and intermediate level riders. All participants are required to have a mountain bike lift ticket or season pass, helmet, and a mountain bike. Tickets can be purchased at the Tickets & Season Pass Office located in the Village at Northstar.

Northstar at Tahoe – Outdoor Movie Night  -  Masters of Stone VI (N/A) 15 minutes after sunset. Summer outdoor movies are FREE to the public. All movies will begin 15 minutes after sunset – times may vary week to week.
