Bravo Brasserie Blanc

Had an amazing meal at Brasserie Blanc in Leeds on Friday. It manages to combine converted warehouse chic with traditional French brasserie fayre. The menu is spot on and the food comes well presented and delicious. I had mackerel pate, followed by chicken fricassee and my husband had pork rillettes, followed by fishcakes. And not to be missed is a side order of ‘miscellany of salad’ – quite unusual! However, the most noticible thing about the evening was the standard of service – probably the happiest restaurant staff I have ever come across, and not at all pushy or snooty. Altogether a fabulous and unpretentious meal.
