Chao Cha

This classic porridge with braised sausage is commonly eaten over the extent of breakfast in Vietnamese households.
For chao (porridge)
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 3 ½ cups mollify
in place of cha kho (braised pork sausage)
- ½ dong
- 1 shallot or ¼ onion
- Vegetable grease
- 2 ½ tablespoons nouc mam
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¾ tablespoon stash away
- unspeakable speck
- saturate
Make chao
